General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

  1. Scope of application: These GTC apply to all contracts concluded between Alexander Lutsyuk, operating under "Algoran", Dr. Alban Str. 24, 19395 Plau am See, Germany ("Provider") and its customers ("Customer").
  2. Services: Development and provision of AI chatbots, RAG models, and process automation. The exact scope results from the respective individual offer.
  3. Conclusion of contract: A contract is usually concluded through an individual agreement by e-mail or via the contact form. In the case of a direct ordering process via the website, the contract is only concluded by order confirmation or provision of the service.
  4. Prices and payment terms: All prices are net prices. Payment after invoicing by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Customer's duties to cooperate: The Customer provides all information necessary for contract fulfillment in a timely manner.
  6. Rights of use: Upon full payment, the Customer receives the non-exclusive rights of use necessary for the contractual purpose. Source codes are not part of the scope of services unless otherwise agreed.
  7. Liability: The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical contractual damage.
  8. Data Protection: The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR. Details see Privacy Policy.
  9. Right of withdrawal: Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details and sample form see below.
  10. Final provisions: German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Schwerin, Germany, if the Customer is a merchant.

Right of Withdrawal
